Real life experiences make for captivating and informed writers, and in my 28 years of life, I’ve racked up quite a few.

Since graduating Summa Cum Laude from George Mason University’s honors college with a BS in economics and BFA in dance, life has taken me on many twists and turns. I’ve visited nearly 50 countries as a professional dancer and aerialist onboard Holland America cruise ships. I’ve worked with over 100 brands on pop up experiences, tradeshows, and events in New York City. I’ve worked as a data analyst for Mary Baldwin University. From dawning a hot dog costume and storming Citifield in a flash mob to putting on a power suit to work with VIP guests, my closet is overflowing with all my different hats.

A through line that weaves through my chaotic story is a passion for writing. Contributing to my hometown newspaper, guest blogging for fitness and travel niche websites, working as an SEO friendly blog headline writer, and running this blg, gives me an unparalleled sense of fulfillment.
